Information you provide

Blair Systems is operated by Blair Systems LLC. Our free AI assessment calendar is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email, and any optional details you provide to confirm the call and send meeting information, and adds the booking to William’s Google Calendar. The booking form also has an optional mobile number field and an unchecked checkbox for text messages about your booking. Opening the calendar does not save a separate website inquiry. If you email answers to the optional preparation questions, William uses them to prepare for your assessment.

Our separate free business report asks you to pick your business from Google’s listings (or type its name, city and website) and confirm its service. The separate /assessment entry collects email after the scan. No phone number or automated text permission is required for a report. If you choose to get a dollar estimate, we also record your answers about weekly calls, unanswered calls, typical job value and revenue range. While you type your business name, the text goes to Google Places to suggest matching businesses. To build your report we look up public information about the business you chose: its Google listing and reviews, nearby competitors’ public listings, your website’s public pages and mobile speed (through Google PageSpeed Insights), and answers from ChatGPT with web search (OpenAI) to see which companies it recommends. Google and OpenAI receive public business details and the service you want checked, never your contact email or phone number.

How we use it

Blair Systems uses your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, and follow up about our services. Email follow-up includes an acknowledgment and up to two additional messages when enabled for earlier website inquiries and completed reports. Calendar bookings receive Cal.com’s confirmations and reminders. We text you only if you enter a mobile number and check the optional text box when booking; up to 4 messages per booking about your assessment (confirmation, reminders, rescheduling and a follow-up). Booking and the business report never require text permission. We record your text permission, its time and wording, and message delivery status. See our text message terms.

Storage and service providers

Our website hosting and messaging infrastructure process inquiries on our behalf. Our custom lead system keeps inquiry records in a private database hosted by Neon and uses Google for email and calendar checks. Our text messaging provider, SimpleTexting, processes your mobile number and messages to deliver them. Access to the lead inbox is restricted. We do not sell contact information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Phone calls

Calls to our business line, (602) 557-1171, may be answered by an AI assistant, which says so at the start of the call. The call is processed by our voice provider, Retell AI, which records and transcribes it and summarizes the details you share (such as your name, business, email and a good time to follow up) so William can call you back. We use these records only to respond to you.

Your choices

Reply to an email or use its unsubscribe link to stop follow-ups. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact William at (602) 557-1171 or by email to correct or delete your information. We retain inquiry records while needed to handle your request and maintain records of opt-outs to avoid contacting you again.

Other services

Booking links open our Cal.com calendar. Embedded videos, when available, use their hosting provider’s playback services and privacy practices. We do not put your form answers into advertising events or store them in browser local storage. Our homepage and /assessment page may use the Meta pixel to measure our ads: it records page visits, viewed results, unlocked reports, saved assessment requests and booking clicks, but not your business, answers or contact details. Our homepage may also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and where they came from (for example, our printed flyer). It does not receive your form answers or contact details.
